Town of Germantown Notice of meeting to adjourn Board of Review to Later Date June 10, 2008 7 p.m. following the Comprehensive Plan Public Hearing Community Center / Town Hall N7560 17th Ave. Town of Germantown, Juneau County Board of Review will meet on the 10th day of June, 2008 at 7 p.m (time approximate following the Public Hearing for the Comprehensive Plan,) at N7560 17th Ave. for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the thirty day period beginning on the 2nd Monday of May, pursuant to Sec. 70.47 (1) of Wis. Statutes. Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, it is anticipated that the Board of Review will be adjourned until the 25th day of July, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. Pursuant to Sec 70.45 of Wis Statutes the assessment roll for the Year 2008 assessment is anticipated to be open for examination on the 18th day of July, 2008 at N7560 17th Ave. from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Instructional material about the assessment and board of review procedures will be available at the time of the open book for information on how to file an objection and the board of review procedures under Wisconsin law.
