Annual Meeting
							
April 17, 2010
10:04a.m.—10:16a.m.

Present:  William Jax, Steve Gillespie, William Bruce, Michaele
Korbein, Keith Korbein, Dale Simonson, Don Kratcha, Richard Martin,
Betty Manson, and Marion Uphoff. (Dave Specht arrived late)

Jax called the public hearing to order at 10:04a.m. The public
reviewed the 2009 Annual Report.  Jax asked for questions?  There
being none, Jax closed the public hearing at 10:10a.m.

CALL MEETING TO ORDER:  Jax called the annual meeting to order at
10:10a.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:  The pledge of allegiance was recited by all
present.

VERIFICATION OF PROPER POSTING:  Manson verified that this meeting had
been properly posted at 3 locations within the Town.

MINUTES OF THE 2009 (April 18, 2009) ANNUAL MEETING:  Motion by Bruce
to approve the 2009 (April 18, 2009) annual minutes, 2nd by Simonson. 
Voice Vote taken.  Motion Carried. 

ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT 2009:  Motion by Simonson to approve the 2009
Financial Report as presented, 2nd by Bruce.  Voice Vote taken. 
Motion Carried.

OLD BUSINESS:  Jax reported that the Town’s new Public Works Building
is near completion.  Kratcha questioned if there would be an open
house for the Public Works building?  Martin stated that an open house
is being planned after the paving is complete.
 
NEW BUSINESS:  None

SET DATE FOR 2010 ANNUAL MEETING:   Saturday, April 16, 2011 at
10:00a.m. was set for next annual meeting.    

ADJOURN MEETING:  Motion by Bruce to adjourn the annual meeting at
10:16a.m., 2nd by Simonson.  Voice Vote taken.  Motion Carried. 

Jax declared the special town meeting adjourned.
