Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
						
January 22, 2010
5:30p.m.—5:50p.m.

Town Officials Present:  Chairman: William Jax, Supervisors:  Michael
Poe, David Specht, and Steven Gillespie.
Town Officials Absent: Rosetta Boyle
Others Present:  Clerk/Treasurer: Betty Manson.

CALL MEETING TO ORDER:  Jax called the special board meeting to order
at 5:30p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:  Pledge of allegiance was recited by all
present.

VERIFICATION OF PROPER POSTING:  Manson verified that this meeting had
been properly posted at 4 locations within the Township.

VOUCHERS:  Poe explained the need for vouchers being on the agenda is
due to Path Construction not turning in his voucher to the engineer in
a timely fashion.  Motion was made by Specht to approve 8 checks
#14318 thru #14325—totaling $102,608.62 from the checking account, 1
check  EFT 2010-02—totaling $4,756.30 from the money market account,
and 1 check #1039  totaling $95,475.00 from business account, Jax. 
Motion Carried.   

NECEDAH FIRE DEPARTMENT CONTRACT:  Motion was made by Jax to accept
the 2010 Necedah Fire Department Contract as presented by Gillespie,
2nd by Poe.  Motion Carried. 

ADJOURN MEETING:  Motion was made by Poe to adjourn the special town
board meeting at 5:50p.m., 2nd by Jax.  Motion Carried. 

Chairman Jax declared the special town board meeting adjourned.
