Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
						
November 5, 2009
5:42p.m.—7:10p.m.

Town Officials Present:  Chairman: William Jax, Supervisors: Rosetta
Boyle, David Specht (arrived at 5:42p.m.), and Steven Gillespie
(arrived at 5:47p.m.).
Town Officials Absent: Michael Poe (present via telephone/speaker
phone 5:45p.m.—6:42p.m.)
Others Present:  Clerk/Treasurer: Betty Manson, Zoning
Administrator—William Bruce, and Clerk/Treasurer Asst—Marion Uphoff.

Due to a quorum of this meeting not present, the meeting was delayed.


CALL MEETING TO ORDER:  Jax called the special board meeting to order
at 5:42p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:  Pledge of allegiance was recited by all
present.

VERIFICATION OF PROPER POSTING:  Manson verified that this meeting had
been properly posted at 4 locations within the Township.

Poe present to the meeting via telephone/speakerphone at 5:45p.m. 

MAINENANCE BUILDING CHANGE ORDERS:  No change orders for maintenance
building available at this time. 

Gillespie present to the meeting at 5:47p.m. 

2010 BUDGET WORK SESSION:  Town of Germantown Board worked on the
proposed 2010 budget.  Board tentatively scheduled another 2010 work
session to be held on November 11, 2009 at 7:00p.m. 

Poe left the meeting at 6:42p.m.

ADJOURN MEETING:  Motion was made by Gillespie to adjourn the special
town board meeting at 7:10p.m., 2nd by Boyle.  Motion Carried. 

Chairman Jax declared the special town board meeting adjourned.
