Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
						
October 2, 2009
4:350p.m.—5:04p.m.

Town Officials Present:  Chairman: William Jax, Supervisors: Rosetta
Boyle, Steven Gillespie, Michael H Poe & David Specht.
Town Officials Absent: None
Others Present:  Clerk/Treasurer: Betty Manson, Asst Clerk/Treasurer:
Marion Uphoff, Assessor: Claude Riglemon, and Attorney: William
Curran.

CALL MEETING TO ORDER:  Jax called the special board meeting to order
at 5:00p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:  Pledge of allegiance was recited by all
present.

VERIFICATION OF PROPER POSTING:  Manson verified that this meeting had
been properly posted at 4 locations within the Township.

REVIEW GUIDE FOR BOARD ODF REVIEW MEMBERS:  Curran reviewed proper
procedures for the Board of Review members, stating that the burden of
proof lies on the objector. Riglemon stated that he looks at sales
between 01/01/05 through 01/01/09 using the latest sales.

ADJOURN MEETING: Motion was made by Specht to adjourn the special town
board meeting at 5:04.m., 2nd by Poe.  Motion Carried.
Chairman Jax declared the special town board meeting adjourned.
