Town of Germantown Town Board Planning Commission Joint Public Hearing December 10, 2009 Present- Chairman Jax, Rosetta Boyle, Steve Gillespie, Zoning Chairman Dave Specht, Michael Poe, Roger Bean, Paul Merk, Audrey Scholl, Betty Manson, Marion Uphoff, Zoning Administrator-William Bruce. Guests- Brad Pavloski, Keith Korbein, Fred Cobbs, Tim Johnson Hearing called to order at 7 p.m. by Chairman Jax. Hearing is for changes to the Zoning Ordinance.22. Dave Specht, Zoning Committee Chairman reported changes. Copies are available to the Public. Brad Pavloski- Will Wisconsin River Power Company have to abide by this also? William Bruce- yes- that is the opinion of the Town Attorney. We have provided copies as developed by the Plan Committee. Michael Poe- questioned- “notified every six months” William Bruce- Was Sec. C, now under D. Paul Merk- typo in 2.11 “structure applied for “if” should be “is”. No further questions or comments.
